To be successful in this role, the idea candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

Prior experience with machine tools and industrial machines
Have excellent knowledge of material properties
Professional knowledge of safety protocols when operating machines
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Quality workmanship, efficiency, and ability to work independently
Trouble shoot breakdowns (Aptitude for Problem Solving)

Job Description:

Run a variety of manual and cnc mills to create parts of various complexity
Make CNC programs on FUSION 360
Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Ensure quality parts are produced
Use ERP System to track work
Use a variety of power tools – deburring equipment

Experience and Education:

Certificate of qualifications for General Machinist or Tool Die Maker
Equivalent experience in an automation/manufacturing environment
Solid works certificate an asset
Mastercam certificate an asset
Experience in Automation environment will be preferred

0-3 Years $20.00 – $23.00 hourly

3-6 Years $23.00 – $27.00 hourly

6-9 Years $27.00 – $30.00 hourly

10+ Years $30.00 – $33.00 hourly
